The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Classroom Building, located on the San Marcos Campus, will house the Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science, and will provide teaching space, class labs, departmental offices, and research labs for several other academic disciplines.

Budget: $137,409,972

Status: Construction – 24%. Level 2 building slab is nearing completion. Columns being erected for Level 3 slab. Site Utility work has started.

Est. Construction Start: July, 2024

Est. Construction Completion: October, 2026

Scope: New 168,000 GSF academic/lab building will house the Departments of Mathematics and Computer Science on the San Marcos Campus.
