Facilities Operations
Facilities Operations is composed of over 80 personnel who provide support to both internal (Facilities) and external customers (the campus community). We maintain over 200 buildings containing over 3 million square feet of E&G space as well as providing support to nearly 4 million square feet of non-E&G facilities. Our shops, HVAC, Structures (carpentry and paint), FM (building envelopes, flatwork, railings, and signs), Electric, Plumbing, and Technical Services perform a variety of maintenance and repair activities.
