Voyager Fuel Card Instructions

Your Voyager fuel card works at over 230,000 places in the U.S. Before getting gas, make sure the station accepts Voyager.

• Pay at the Pump or Pay Inside:
  • Swipe your card at the pump or pay inside with the cashier
• Choose Credit:
  • Select "Credit," not “Debit”
• Enter Driver ID:
  • This is the last 6 numbers of your University ID, unless you were told otherwise
  • Example: If your University ID is A00123456, enter your Driver ID as 123456
• Enter Odometer Reading:
  • Use only the whole number (no tenths)
  • Example: Enter “123” not “123.45”
• Start Fueling
• Get a Receipt:
  • Write your vehicle number on it.
  • Return it to the vehicle or card manager.
