How do I request the following services?

Customers must fill in and send a Project Request Form. The form provides basic project information necessary for Facilities to evaluate and respond to the customer's request.
What other costs, in addition to the construction cost, will be incurred?
Construction cost is about 75% of a project's total budget. The remaining 25% covers items such as architectural and engineering professional fees, surveys, abatement, testing, locates, management fee and accessibility compliance. Customers must identify funding for the total project budget.
How long does a project normally take?
Initial feasibility can take 2-3 weeks, with another 3-4 weeks for bidding/proposals to get us to a contract. From there it depends on the scale, scope, and complexity of the project, which could take several months to complete. The lead time for various construction material and furniture can also impact the length of a project.
How much will the project cost?
Facilities can assist in establishing an initial project budget which can be refined as the full scope of the project is determined. There is an initial fee of $500 for developing the cost of a project.
