How can I request a login to ReADY Request?
Providing that you already have a Texas State University NetID, you may request access to submit Ready requests by logging into Ready with your NetID and filling out the request access form there.

What is the difference between AiM and ReADY Request?
ReADY Request is where Facilities' customers create requests for work.
AiM is used by Facilities to create work orders from customer requests.

Can I turn off email notifications?
Yes you can! After you have logged into ReADY Request, click on User Profile, go to the Notifications section, Edit and uncheck the event you no longer want to receive in email.

Can I edit my request after I submit?
Ready Request does not allow for the request to be edited by the customer after your request has been submitted. If you need to make an update, use the comments section on the request.

How do I report issues in multiple locations?
Provide the room numbers or a description of the location in the additional details on the request.

I'm not able to find my building in the property drop down.
The Property drop down list dynamically searches on buildings based on the official building name. If you are using an abbreviation, try all or part of the official name.
For example, to find JCK, type in Kellam and you will see the J.C. Kellam Administration building in the drop down menu.

Where do I submit key and card access requests?
Key and Card access requests will be submitted in ReADY Request. The key and card access tile is visible to approved key administrators. For more information on Key and Card access, see the IMS site.

How do I communicate a rush/urgent request?
Add this information to the comments box during the creation of the request.

What if my request does not fall into any of the current tiles?
Please use the Other tile for any request that is not covered by our current tiles.

Is ReADY Request mobile friendly?
Yes. ReADY Request can be accessed from any device connected to the internet and has a supported web browser. You can find supported web browsers on the ReADY Request information page.

Where do I find the final cost of a request?
You can see the final cost of the request by running a cost report in AiM.

Will my ReADY profile update when I move to another department ?
Yes, ReADY is updated every night with an employee department change file we receive from SAP.
